Nicolò Bulega and Ducati. Even on the Spanish circuit of Aragon, the outcome of Race 1 was the same as seen from the beginning of this championship until today, with the world leader capable of winning all the races disputed so far. For the Emilian, the record for consecutive absolute victories is growing ever larger, reaching twenty. To all this is added an unstoppable Ducati, which thanks to Iker Lecuona‘s 2nd place brings home its 13th consecutive one-two finish, with the top two spots occupied since Race 1 in Portimão and never relinquished since. Behind this duo is Sam Lowes, 3rd ahead of his brother Alex.

Race Report
Author of the best time in Superpole, Bulega maintained the championship lead even at the start, with Lecuona in turn able to defend himself from Sam Lowes’ attack. At the same time, Thomas Bridewell had an excellent start, moving up to fifth position behind Alex Lowes, in a race that, over its 18 total laps, saw Bulega constantly extend his lead over his teammate, eventually surpassing a second. Only in the final stages did the Spaniard manage to recover a few tenths on #11, who nevertheless established a reassuring gap to cross the finish line first. Also interesting, always in the final phase, was Lorenzo Baldassarri’s comeback on Bridewell, with the Englishman delivering his best career performance in Superbike.
