A great job that is not enough
A very similar admission to that of teammate Ocon, who wanted to praise his team’s work despite the 16th place: “In the end I don’t think we were fast enough, but I think we did a great job this weekend trying to maximize everything we had. We tried everything to get the most out of the car and mitigate our problems, there was solid work inside the garage. My first start was fantastic, we were in the points zone fighting with Lewis and the Audis, it was really positive. On the second start there are some things we need to review, but apart from that, the work done, the good starts and everything else, went quite well. We can be satisfied with this.”
