F1 and Disney still on track
A few days after the announcement of Disney+ as the new streaming platform for Formula E from next season, the House of Mickey has officially announced a new agreement, this time with Formula 1. More specifically, the partnership already existing with the Circus has been renewed until 2028, with the news announced at the D23 convention in Los Angeles. A new chapter that, in addition to the two-year extension, will include several new features.

Lightning McQueen expected at Monza
Above all, the entry of ‘Cars – Roaring Engines‘, a highly successful Disney Pixar franchise. On the occasion of the twentieth anniversary of the film, the Piston Cup champion, Lightning McQueen, will also take to the track during the Italian Grand Prix weekend in Monza with a completely revamped look, marking a meeting moment both for Cars fans and for those of Formula 1. Starting August 14, the new Disney and Pixar merchandise, in collaboration with Formula 1, will be available on DisneyStore.com, while more items can be added to the fans’ collection from August 27 both on the official F1 website and in Monza, where the Italian GP will take place in early September.
