Martinator extends lead at the World Championship

Pecco crashed in the Sprint and in the GP Martin finished in second position ahead of Bagnaia, reclaiming the World Championship lead. This year Martinator has collected 32 points that have brought him to +31 over Marco Bezzecchi and +40 over Marc Marquez. A nice injection of confidence to look optimistically at the upcoming races.

Martin emphasized that having already one title in the trophy case he can afford the luxury of not obsessing over the standings, focusing on the only thing that really matters to aim for the big prize.

“Now I don’t care about being first or second, two years ago I would have been obsessed – Martin said to the official MotoGP website – what matters is being fast again.
