MotoGP stays at Silverstone
Silverstone will continue to be a fixed stop on the MotoGP calendar until 2028. The MotoGP World Championship and the historic circuit have indeed renewed their agreement which was set to expire at the end of this edition, ensuring the presence of the British Grand Prix also in the next two seasons 2027 and 2028.
The announcement comes precisely on the eve of the 2026 edition, confirming the strategic importance of Silverstone for MotoGP and consolidating the role of Great Britain as one of the key markets for motorsport, also on two wheels.

Since 2010, Silverstone has hosted some of the most spectacular races of the modern MotoGP era. The placement in the 2027 calendar is expected to remain in August, but the MotoGP World Championship is also considering the opportunity to race in the Middle East given that tensions between the United States and Iran show no signs of easing.
