The USA for F1 and MotoGP
The United States represents a completely different reality for Formula 1 compared to MotoGP, with the latter struggling to enter the American championship. In the MotoGP calendar, in fact, only the race on the Austin circuit has already taken place, while in F1 the same track will be one of the three hosting the category along with Miami and Las Vegas. Last March 29, MotoGP stopped in Texas, in Austin, while for F1 the commitment is scheduled at the same Circuit of the Americas on October 25.

Together on the same track
It will be precisely on that date that, according to the latest rumors, a never-before-seen weekend could materialize, with spectators and motor enthusiasts able to witness a MotoGP exhibition during the USA GP weekend of the Formula 1 GP. An event not impossible to imagine, especially thanks to the project conceived by Liberty Media, holder of the rights to both championships.

At present there is no official confirmation, due to MotoGP’s commitment at Phillip Island for the Australian GP precisely on October 25. Consequently, the event would not foresee the presence of official riders on bikes still based on prototypes of current or previous MotoGPs, built specifically for promotional events. Added to this is the main issue of who will bear the costs of transporting the bikes and the technical staff needed to prepare them during the event.
