Holidays over, back on track at Silverstone
After the summer break, MotoGP resumes hostilities at Silverstone, home of the British GP, the 12th round of the 2026 World Championship.

Jorge Martin arrives at the Northamptonshire temple as the championship leader, a really tight ranking that includes the 2024 champion, Ai Ogura, Marc Marquez, Marco Bezzecchi and Fabio Di Giannantonio within a small points margin, 24.
The Silverstone weekend will also be decisive on a not insignificant aspect of the 2027 regulations. Liberty Media and the protagonists of MotoGP are indeed called to decide whether to switch to a single bike available for each rider next season or to maintain the current setup with two bikes available for each rider.
The event will be broadcast live in full on Sky Sport MotoGP and NOW, on TV8 the Sunday races will be delayed, while all Saturday sessions from MotoGP Qualifying onwards until the premier class Sprint will also be broadcast live free-to-air.
